Educational Seminar: History of Videogames & Game Design
On July 11th and 13th 2023, The Public Central Historical Library of Corfu, as part of the Corfu Tech Lab and in collaboration with ARTio, held an educational workshop titled: The History of VideoGames! Learn to create your own VideoGame.
The workshop was aimed at elementary and high school students who wish to understand the exciting and complex world of videogame design.

Educational Activities
During this seminar, the students became familiar with all the individual stages of creating a videogame, which they later put into practice through educational team building activities. Using a set of custom scenario cards, created for this seminar (example set under this post), students understood what it takes to create exciting scenarios and dynamic gameplay.
